Our Mission Is To Provide
ESD Concrete Company History
ESD wasn’t always what it is today. The Family started their entrepreneurial journey in the early 1990’s building Walmarts and Home Depots in the Denver metro area. From these fast-paced, abnormally large, and tedious projects, they quickly learned their first core value as a company – Work Ethic. Into the late 90’s our crews worked all over the Western US Rocky Mountain region which made us emphasize the importance of having a Loyal crew of guys that we can depend on to continue getting the job done.
By the early 2000’s the company expanded into a variety of different markets. At this point the company was so stable that we had built an entire operation from providing the powder, to the fleet, to the finishing – things were looking GOOD! Until the unforeseen Great Recession of ’08 halted the operation and slowly started to deteriorate the construction industry. During this unprecedented time, we learned another pilar to our company’s values – Faith.
Today, looking back at all the warehousing, multi residential, commercial, educational buildings, parks, and countless ‘one-off’ tenant improvement projects – it’s safe to say that ESD has been a major part of building the infrastructure into what Denver Colorado is now.

We pride ourselves on getting the job done, when we say it will be done, at the quality we promised it to be done. We believe that work ethic is also the ability to learn and continuously adapt to an ever-evolving industry.
